Viking has called me on several occasions, only asking for an account to which a previous debt can be charged to - ie. a credit card number or a checking account number.

They have failed to send me proof of my debt, and have generally been threatening and unprofessional over the phone, with statements such as, "You better pay this", "Why can't you pay your debt? Don't you have any money?" and "Don't contact the original creditor. They're only going to tell you to call me back." Eventually, after numerous requests for validation of my bills, they sent a statement on "VCS" letterhead that was completely inaccurate.

They will definitely be hearing from my lawyers on this.

Monetary Loss: $4500.
